WyattWorks Plumbing and Electric is looking for a high-impact, high-ownership Director of Finance to take charge of our financial operations and guide our next level of strategic growth. • Oversee financial operations across WyattWorks Plumbing & Electric and future ventures.

• Own full-cycle financial management: budgeting, forecasting, reporting, cash flow, and account structure.

• Collaborate weekly with key department heads (service managers, marketing, fleet, warehouse) to ensure clarity and accountability.

• Work closely with ownership and our CPA to analyze financials, evaluate ROI, and guide strategic growth.

• Lead the Nexstar Network financial closeout process and monthly coaching calls.

• Build financial systems, automate processes, and lead with insights — not just reports. 

Key Metrics You’ll Help Us Hit:

• Admin Expense: ≤ 15% of total revenue

• Material Costs: ≤ 15% (Plumbing & Electric), ≤ 12% (Underground)

• Labor Costs: ≤ 24% (Plumbing & Electric), ≤ 12% (Underground), ≤ 8% (Sales)

• Marketing:≤ 10%
