Pay & Schedule:
- Annual Pay: $31,200-$41,600 (based on experience).

What You'll Do:
This multi-faceted role will keep you on your toes! You'll work closely with our Warehouse and Finance Managers, ensuring smooth operations across several key areas:
1. Purchasing Assistant
- Data entry of purchase orders and pending POs.
2. Runner
- Assist technicians in the field by delivering parts, removing debris, and hauling away equipment.
- Handle tool repairs and cleanups.
3. Property Management Assistant
- Manage dumpsters and scrap, keep the property looking sharp with mowing, trimming, and leaf blowing, and handle trash duties in the warehouse, office, and kitchen.
4. Fleet Assistant
- Help maintain and organize our fleet of trucks, including inventory, washing, inspections, and tracking tools.
5. Finance Assistant
- Enter bills and receipts into QuickBooks Online and support the Finance Manager with data entry.
