Pay & Schedule
Starting at $18/hour
Full-time (40+ hours per week) with flexibility as needed
May include varied shifts, weekends, and an on-call rotation

What You’ll Do
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role that blends warehouse operations, field support, and trade learning.
Runner / Field Support
Deliver parts and materials to technicians in the field
Remove debris and haul away equipment
Assist with tool organization, repairs, and cleanup
Warehouse & Property Support
Manage dumpsters, scrap, and general shop cleanliness
Maintain the property (mowing, trimming, leaf blowing, etc.)
Handle trash duties across warehouse, office, and kitchen
Fleet Assistant
Help maintain and organize company vehicles
Wash trucks, assist with inspections, and track tools/inventory
Apprentice Development
Learn to troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and install plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems
Attend weekly WyattWorks Academy training classes
Ride along with technicians and assist on service calls
Maintain clean, stocked, and organized trucks and tools
What We’re Looking For
We want someone who is:
Detail-oriented, self-motivated, punctual, and respectful
Mechanically inclined and enjoys working with their hands
Able to lift 80 lbs regularly
A clear communicator with a positive attitude
Comfortable working both independently and on a team
Clean cut and professional in appearance
Must Have:
Valid driver’s license
Clean background (no felony convictions or license suspensions within 5 years)
Strong verbal and written communication
Ability to pass a background check
