Location: Charlotte, NCHours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (with flexibility for earlier mornings when coverage is needed)
Primary Responsibilities
- Assist with dispatch
- Outbound consultation calls
- Customer happiness calls
- Answer inbound calls
- Customer follow-ups
Secondary Responsibilities (to learn over time)

- Closeouts
- Technician communication
